Office Design Project
Spring 2021
The office design project consisted of designing the headquarters for a non-profit of our choice. My non-profit was The Trust for Public Land. Focuses of the project were branding, wayfinding, workstations, sustainability, and ergonomics.
Retail Design Project
Spring 2021
The type of business we designed for the retail design project was a boutique as part of a boutique hotel and spa. Focuses of this project were ADA accessibility, sustainability, branding, and incorporation of the building's history into final design.
Acoustics & Lighting Project
Spring 2021
The acoustics and lighting project challenged us with rethinking the design of our studio space with a focus on acoustics and lighting. We met with a professional engineer to review our lighting designs and focused on meeting LEED and WELL credits.
The Winslow Hotel
Spring 2022
This project consisted of designing a boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Fargo, North Dakota with a strong brand. Adaptive reuse was a key aspect of this hotel as the building we used to create it was the historic Ford Building. Other aspects of the project include guest experience, biophilia, and COVID-19 considerations.
The Winslow Spa
Spring 2022
The Winslow Spa was designed as an extension of The Winslow Hotel. The branding from the hotel was carried through to the spa as well as the industrial design style. Human health and well-being were focused on in the spa design as it is a place of recovery and relaxation.
